At ClearWaters Adventures, we strive to provide the best experience for our customers. Our refund policy is as follows:

Cancellation and Refunds:

  • If you cancel your trip more than 24 hours before the scheduled time, you will receive a full refund, no questions asked.
  • If you cancel within 24 hours of your scheduled trip, you will not be eligible for a refund but can reschedule your booking for another available date.

Rescheduling:

  • Rescheduling is allowed for cancellations made within 24 hours of the trip. Please contact us to arrange a new date.

Weather Conditions:

  • If there is bad weather that makes the activity unsafe, you will receive a full refund.
  • Alternatively, you may choose to reschedule your booking for another available date.
